if ur a beginner in circle lens, I will now talk about a few tips you should remember when choosing and caring for your lens.
The Basics:
- Circle Lens make your eyes a different color and can also make your eyes larger! They are especially popular in Korea and have now spread to many other parts of the world.
Is Circle Lens safe?
- Yes! They are really safe, Especially brands like Geo, they have a system where you can check if your lens is authentic or not.
Caring for your Lens:
- Thoroughly wash your hands with soap to make sure your hands are really clean. You don’t want anything dirty to get on your lens and in your eye!
- Make sure your lens is disinfected before put in your eye.
- When you aren’t wearing your lens, keep them in your contacts case, soaking in solution!
- Try not to wear your lens past the time frame they recommend.
- Never wear your lens past the expiration date!
To put in and remove lens (There are many ways but there is one method!)
To insert lens:
Place the middle finger of the same hand close to your lower eyelashes and pull down the lower lid.
Use the forefinger or middle finger of the other hand to lift the upper lid and place the lens on the eye.
Gently release both lid and blink.
Repeat these steps for the left lens.
To remove:
- Look up, slide the lens down to the white of your eye using your forefinger.
- Gently pinch the lens between your thumb and forefinger and remove the lens.
How to choose the color of your lens:
- yes i think i face this problem all the time when choosing, especially when there are SOO many to choose from!
- At first, I recommend going for a more natural color that matches your original eye color just so you get used to the lens.
- For brown eyed(if you want to go bold): try to go with violet, green or blue lens!
- For warmer-toned eyes: try hazel lens!
- For blue eyes: grey or green are great choices!
Well, that’s it! If you have any more questions, you can always send me an ask and I’ll gladly answer it. ^^
thanks for reading!
love, jess
